OVERVIEW This website is operated by Noir & Lune. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Noir & Lune. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence.

SECTION 2 - CURRENCY AND PRICING All prices on Noir & Lune are displayed and charged in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Your bank may apply currency conversion fees if you are purchasing using a non-CAD account.

SECTION 3 - PRODUCTS AND SIZING We strive to display the colors and images of our fashion collections as accurately as possible. Please consult our Size Guide carefully before purchasing, as fits may vary between styles.

SECTION 4 - SHIPPING AND CUSTOMS Our products are shipped internationally.

  • Import Duties: As the importer of record, the customer is responsible for all import duties, taxes (such as GST/HST/PST), and customs clearance fees required by Canadian authorities.

  • Delivery: We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs clearance process or international logistics carriers.

SECTION 5 - RETURNS AND REFUNDS Please refer to our Return Policy for detailed information. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with all original Noir & Lune tags attached. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

SECTION 6 - GOVERNING LAW These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where our business is registered.
